As concrete is still one of the most used in construction,developmenton improving its strength andpossible reduced environment impactis necessary.This study determines mechanical properties with addition recycled High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Macro Flat Fiber (MFF) and Rice Hull Ash(RHA) as partial replacement to cement. The objective this identify theoptimum mix ratio for compressive flexural concrete. Various percentage HDPE MFF (0.5%, 0.75%, and1.0%)and 10% RHA cementis incorporated mixture. obtained through uncontrolled burning whileHDPE collected shredding manual cutting. results showed thatthe had a positiveeffect on optimum value achieved 0.5% no RHA, it an average 31.87 MPa 18.04% increase strength, 4.532 MPawitha 17.78% strength.
